COMPLETE THESE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS  

• Online CPR Course -Complete the online portion only and print completion certificate.  Certificate will be uploaded during the application process.  Hands-on portion will be completed during Orientation

• CASAS Testing Requirements & Information – Complete testing and upload score reports during application process.

• EMS Health Report / Castlebranch Instructions – Print out the EMS Health Report and have your physician complete and sign.  This document will be uploaded into CastleBranch.  This will NOT be uploaded during application process.

• Create an account in BridgesEXP at BridgesEXP Login  Please do NOT complete any of the requirements at this time. Please see BridgesEXP Student Guide for information only.

• Review the document: Sudden, Unexpected Infant Death: Information for the Emergency Medical Technician
• Complete National Highway Institute – Traffic Incident Management Course and print out completion certificate.  Certificate will be uploaded during application process.
• Complete FEMA Independent Study Courses *As of 2/13/2026 the FEMA website is not available.  When the FEMA website is available again, applicants will be required to complete these courses and submit certificates at that time.*
  • Complete FEMA Independent Study IS-100.C:Introduction to the Incident Command System and print out completion certificate.  Certificate will be uploaded during application process.
  • Complete FEMA Independent Study IS-200.C: Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response
